André Beukes is a freelance Illustrator, Animator and Filmmaker, and graduate of the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, currently based in his studio in South London.

His recent work explores early disciplines of traditional hand-painted animated film; combining abstracted rotoscope and experimental animation techniques with influences from the early visual music pioneers of the 1920s and 30s.
